Meet your coach

Theresa

Founder, VITALITY8

I created VITALITY8 because I believe feeling your best shouldn’t require choosing between your hormones and your muscle, your sleep and your sanity, your goals and your real life. It’s all connected and your coaching should be too.

My path here isn’t a straight line, and I think that’s exactly why it works. I hold a bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and am a certified personal trainer and certified nutrition coach, the foundation I built long before I spent the last 23 years as a real estate professional. That career taught me how to really listen, how to guide people through big decisions, and how to show up consistently when it counts. Now I’m bringing all of it back to where it started: helping people build health that lasts. I’m currently completing my certification through the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy. A year-long program grounded in root-cause thinking, which is where VITALITY8 took shape: eight pillars, one framework, nothing left behind.

I’m not here to hand you a generic plan or a 30-day challenge. I’m here to help you build a life that actually holds steady energy, real strength, a calmer nervous system, and the confidence to know you’re not starting over again. Any medical, medication, or supplement questions get handed off to the right medical professional; my job is everything else that makes your daily life work.
